2. Description of Service Aria Voice AI provides an AI-powered voice agent service designed for real estate professionals. Our service includes inbound and outbound call handling, appointment scheduling, lead capture, and related features as described on our website.

3. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age and a licensed real estate professional or authorized representative of a real estate business to use our services.

4. Account Registration You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Free Trial Aria Voice AI offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial period, you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan. You will never be automatically charged without your explicit consent.

6. Subscription & Billing Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by law.

7. Cancellation You may cancel your account at any time with no penalties or fees. Upon cancellation, your access to the service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

8. Acceptable Use You agree to use Aria Voice AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our service to engage in any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

9. AI Conversations & Call Recording By using Aria Voice AI, you acknowledge that calls handled by Aria may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that all parties involved in calls are informed of and consent to any recording in accordance with applicable laws.

10. Data Privacy Your use of Aria Voice AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We are committed to protecting your data and the data of your clients.

11. Intellectual Property All content, branding, technology, and materials associated with Aria Voice AI are the intellectual property of Aria Voice AI and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability Aria Voice AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties Aria Voice AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
